Hello, welcome to my therapy practice!
I know that seeking therapy can feel daunting. Between the inherent vulnerability of needing support, and the challenge of finding someone you can trust, many people don’t get the help they need. I understand this step is hard, and I want to help; I’ve outlined my practice on this website so you can get a sense of what working with me might be like, and I also offer a free, no-commitment 20-minute Zoom call to talk through what you’re looking for. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, I’ll be glad to hear from you.
Many people come to me because they feel stuck in repeating relationship patterns. You might notice the same difficulties showing up with partners, family, or friends, and feel trapped in dynamics that leave you frustrated, lonely, or unseen. In our work together, we focus on how you feel, your boundaries, needs, and choices in relationships. Together, we gently explore what’s happening underneath these patterns, untangling the structures that keep them in place, and helping you find ways of relating that feel authentic, sustainable and fulfilling.
I also specialise in working with neurodivergent clients – Autistic, ADHD, or exploring diagnosis. Many have spent years masking, pushing through into burnout, or feeling misunderstood and shamed for being themselves. I provide a space where you can reconnect with yourself and explore who you really are, beyond masking and the expectations of others. Together, we can explore your needs, strengths, and processing style to help you live with more authenticity, peace and self-trust.
Across all of my work, clients describe me as warm and supportive, while also helping them gain insights that make a real difference. Therapy with me is a safe, collaborative space where you feel seen and understood, while gently opening up new perspectives and possibilities. Over time, this can bring greater clarity, self-acceptance, and freedom in how you relate to yourself and others.
If this feels like the right fit, reach out to take the next step.

We think we listen, but very rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy. Yet listening, of this very special kind, is one of the most potent forces for change that I know.

How is therapy different from talking to friend about your problems?
